The Language Translation process includes professional translations by a native speaker, in house editing, proofreading and QA.
Our basic approach is that only in-country professional linguists can truly localize a product as they are directly exposed to the culture of their country, follow current local trends and are up to date with the most current technical jargon.
All of our translators are professionals with at least a 3rd level translation qualification. Our translators have at least 5 years experience in the related industry field, and the majority has been working with us for several years. Each translator is assigned a project based on previous project experience and area of expertise.
Project organization has been handled through a web based Project Management Tool iTea where all professionals involved in projects have access to their own task assignments and through which they can handle not only all project related communication but also individual project management, finance and personal communication.
